Marketing Expert – Content Marketing, AI Agent Environments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop task briefs informed by actual content marketing initiatives, detailing the issues being tested and the decisions a proficient practitioner should undertake.

• Define the necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states essential for authentic tasks.

• Compose or assess reference answers and criteria that distinguish strong responses from plausible yet incorrect ones.

• Review attempts made by AI agents and assess them according to practitioner standards.

• Create and rigorously test Content Marketing environments.

• Address facets of research and discovery, editorial prioritization, content production, as well as content QA and auditing.

• Evaluate capabilities such as diagnosing complex or conflicting data, prioritizing trade-offs, planning and execution, QA and reconciliation, triage and escalation, research and evaluation, reporting, and multi-step orchestration across tools.

• Collaborate with top researchers on projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience as a practitioner in content marketing.

• Managed an editorial program from start to finish.

• Proficient in working with a CMS like Contentful.

• Experienced with Google Analytics 4.

• Familiar with research tools such as Semrush.

• Previous experience in building AI training environments, reinforcement learning environments, or simulated case studies is highly preferred.

• Certification from Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp is strongly preferred.

• Ability to articulate clear written reasoning and explain the rationale behind decisions.

• Required to complete a brief multiple-choice knowledge screener related to the sub-domain.

• Engaged as an independent contractor.

• Currently unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.
