Marketing Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop accurate, task-oriented grading standards for real-world marketing outputs.

• Assess creative briefs, campaign concepts and presentations, brand positioning and messaging strategies, advertising copy and scripts, integrated campaign plans, and client-ready materials.

• Evaluate AI-generated and human-created samples against the defined criteria.

• Offer comprehensive written explanations for each assigned score.

• Utilize consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scores are repeatable and justifiable.

• Integrate structured feedback from senior reviewers.

• Quickly iterate on evaluation tasks.

• Assist in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in marketing or advertising.

• Experience as a creative director, account lead, or brand strategist at prestigious global creative agencies, or in senior brand marketing positions at prominent consumer companies.

• Strong expertise in writing and assessing creative briefs.

• Proven experience in campaign development across various channels.

• Familiarity with brand positioning and messaging.

• Capability to evaluate creative work against a brief and business objectives.

• Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to articulate why work meets or does not meet the standards.

• Detail-oriented, consistent, and open to having judgments reviewed and calibrated with peers.

• Previous experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is highly desirable.

• No specialized background in media planning or measurement is necessary.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.
