Marketing Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the standards for outstanding real-world marketing work relevant to AI evaluation.

• Create specific grading criteria for creative briefs, campaign concepts and presentations, brand positioning and messaging frameworks, ad copy and scripts, integrated campaign plans, and client-ready presentations.

• Evaluate AI-generated and human work samples based on the defined criteria.

• Offer comprehensive written justifications for each score awarded.

• Employ consistent, evidence-based judgment to ensure scores are reproducible and defensible.

• Integrate structured feedback from senior reviewers into the evaluation process.

• Adapt swiftly to the evaluation tasks at hand.

• Submit a resume or relevant professional experience and possibly complete a brief assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in marketing or advertising.

• Experience in roles such as creative director, account lead, or brand strategist at prestigious global creative agencies, or in senior brand marketing positions at leading consumer companies.

• Strong proficiency in writing and assessing creative briefs.

• Background in developing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Familiarity with brand positioning and messaging strategies.

• Capability to evaluate creative work against a brief and business objectives.

• Outstanding written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and consistent in judgment.

• Comfortable having judgments reviewed and calibrated against peers.

• Prior experience in AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is highly advantageous.

• No specialized background in media planning or measurement is necessary.

• Must be eligible to work without H1-B or STEM OPT support.
