This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the logistics and implementation of specific channel-related events, such as NACS, IDDBA, and Pizza Expo.
• Assist in the planning of significant industry events, including MenuMasters, IFMA COEX, and IFDA.
• Aid in the development of event planning timelines, registration processes, materials, vendor communications, event asset preparation and shipping, as well as on-site event readiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee that events are well-organized, properly prepared, and consistently reflect the brand identity.
• Help generate monthly reports for tradeshow lead generation, event participation, lead capture outcomes, and program effectiveness.
• Support the fulfillment of promotional inventory by overseeing stock levels and executing reorder suggestions.
• Review and obtain internal approvals for reorders, manage reorder requests, facilitate vendor communications, and track budgets and expenditures.
• Ensure that promotional materials are correct, approved, and compliant with brand standards prior to production or restocking.
• Maintain internal documentation and ensure timely distribution of materials to field teams.
• Keep, update, and coordinate the production of digital marketing assets and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and the Marketing Dashboard agency to ensure materials are accurate, approved, on-brand, and delivered punctually.
• Organize asset libraries for event preparedness, field execution, and customer engagement.
• Process invoices, submit purchase orders, monitor expenses, and update budget tracking spreadsheets.
• Assist with internal communications and manage daily coordination across teams.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be taken into consideration, including 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in place of a degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, project management, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in leading or coordinating events, vendors, or logistics is highly preferred.
• Experience in delivering results on time in accordance with deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate with both internal and external partners.
• Excellent understanding of digital and social media application for event marketing and various marketing strategies.
• Strong project coordination capabilities and the ability to manage timelines and deadlines effectively.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with marketing materials, POS, promotions, or event execution.
• Capability to manage vendors, interpret budgets, and accurately track spending.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation, or inventory management tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced, execution-driven setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
