This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create event strategies that align with pipeline objectives and sales priorities.
• Enhance the field marketing playbook to ensure consistency, scalability, and replicable success.
• Establish KPIs, outline success metrics, and deliver executive-ready insights regarding pipeline impact and conversion performance.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among sales, demand, design, and partner teams for event go-to-market orchestration.
• Oversee enterprise-level event programs including tradeshows, VIP dinners, and partner-led initiatives.
• Anticipate expenditures, justify investment trade-offs, and optimize event budgets in collaboration with finance and RevOps.
• Assess vendors, negotiate contracts, and drive cost efficiencies while maximizing value.
• Develop multi-channel promotional campaigns to boost registration.
• Experiment with new event formats, analyze market trends, and provide mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with C-suite executives and sales leaders to craft narratives, prepare speakers, and enhance impact.
• Manage repeatable processes and workflows across various event types, industries, and regions.
• Extract field market intelligence to guide messaging, campaign strategies, and sales enablement.
• Guide junior team members, assist in onboarding new hires, and contribute to team rituals, retrospectives, and planning.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B field/event marketing or integrated campaign roles.
• Strong project management skills—capable of managing multiple programs simultaneously.
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with a background in reporting on event performance and ROI.
• Preferred: Experience with AI, Contact Center, or Customer Experience solutions.
• Preferred: Experience supporting account-based field strategies.
• Preferred: Previous sales/SDR experience or a solid understanding of sales processes.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, and field operations tools such as Mobly.
