Events Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee a portfolio of industry conferences, executive gatherings, and local meetups.

• Define event tiers and identify potential sponsorship opportunities.

• Customize event strategies for different audience segments to maximize reach and effectiveness.

• Manage the entire event lifecycle from planning and promotion to execution and post-event follow-up.

• Act as the primary on-site contact, overseeing event operations and addressing last-minute challenges.

• Represent ElevenLabs in a professional manner at events.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, partnerships, and product teams.

• Monitor event metrics, collect insights, and enhance future event strategies.

• Promote brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, relationship building, and thought leadership for ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field, ideally within the tech or AI sector.

• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.

• A strong passion for AI and emerging technologies.

• A proven history of planning and executing events that foster engagement, build relationships, and generate high-quality leads.

• Experience in managing event budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

• Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Willingness to travel as necessary.

• A passion for audio AI and making content universally accessible.

• An analytical and efficient approach to tackling complex challenges.
