This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of strategic partner marketing events
• Foster operational excellence throughout event programs
• Assist with Client Industrial marketing events by managing event logistics, cross-functional coordination, and promotional support
• Collaborate with event owners, partner marketing, sales, communications, web, and social media stakeholders
• Maintain organization in event execution from planning to post-event follow-up
• Enhance execution discipline and bolster event promotion efforts
• Guarantee that Industrial events are executed with clear ownership, coordinated communication, and measurable follow-up
• Manage event timelines effectively
• Oversee logistics tracking
• Assist in ensuring speaker and content readiness
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders
• Support consistent promotion of events across email, social media, and web platforms
• Participate in regular internal practice community meetings
• Work alongside the itD practice team on industry thought leadership initiatives
• Prepare client case studies and learning materials
• Develop materials for the Digital Transformation practice
• Attend internal itD networking events
• Collaborate with leadership on career advancement opportunities
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating B2B events, including in-person events, webinars, virtual panels, roadshows, customer engagements, partner programs, or executive events
• Strong skills in event logistics and project management, including timeline management, registration support, run of show coordination, speaker readiness, vendor/platform logistics, and stakeholder follow-up
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, partner relations, web, social media, and communications
• Ability to promote events through email, social media, web platforms, partner communications, and updates to internal stakeholders
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple event workstreams simultaneously
• Proven track record of coordinating large-scale events, experiential marketing initiatives, or program management
• Demonstrated capability to manage intricate project plans involving multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities, including experience with distributed or global teams
• Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills
• Proficiency in identifying risks proactively and crafting solutions before issues affect project delivery
• Experience in creating executive-level presentations, reports, and project updates
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required
