This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Plan and implement assigned conferences in the healthcare sector, including trade shows, executive dinners, field events, and partner activations from start to finish.
• Create and oversee timelines, project plans, and run-of-show documents.
• Organize venues, vendors, shipping logistics, booth construction, registration, travel, and on-site staffing.
• Take charge of on-site execution as needed, addressing any issues in real-time with remote team members.
• Convert goals related to pipeline generation, brand credibility, and partner visibility into comprehensive event plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Marketing on meeting scheduling, lead capture, and strategies for on-site engagement.
• Ensure that event messaging resonates with leaders in total rewards, health plans, employers, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks, propose solutions, and maintain clear communication across teams.
• Liaise with venues, agencies, production vendors, fulfillment providers, and conference organizers.
• Monitor event budgets and highlight any variances.
• Assist with contract management, invoice processing, and necessary documentation.
• Guarantee adherence to lead capture and CRM processes.
• Collect metrics on post-event attendance, meetings, engagement, and pipeline influence.
• Work with demand generation to report on event-related activities.
• Contribute insights and recommendations to recap reports.
• Document repeatable processes to scale the healthcare event program.
• 3–5+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing.
• Proven track record in executing industry conferences or trade shows within the healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or other enterprise B2B sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage events from concept to execution.
• Strong grasp of how events facilitate longer enterprise sales cycles.
• Exceptional project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm, solution-focused, and decisive under pressure, showcasing excellent judgment.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing startup environments.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to establish trust across Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships.
• Experience engaging HR stakeholders related to benefits is a plus.
• Familiarity with compliance-sensitive or regulated industries is advantageous.
• Experience with CRM systems and event attribution tracking is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Asana and Exhibit Force is a plus.
• Must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
• Should not require company assistance or sponsorship for work authorization, either now or in the future.
• Availability for a 6-month contract is required.
• Willingness to manage events outside of standard working hours if necessary.
• 6-month contract.
• Minimum schedule of 20+ hours per week.
