This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement comprehensive marketing and messaging strategies that align with corporate growth objectives, brand positioning, and business priorities to foster business expansion and enhance market visibility within the Life Sciences sector.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to bolster the organization’s thought leadership presence, facilitate pipeline generation, and propel strategic marketing initiatives.
• Spearhead the creation and execution of integrated marketing programs, encompassing brand strategy, digital marketing, website optimization, SEO/SEM efforts, social media engagement, demand generation campaigns, and strategic content development across diverse channels.
• Convert intricate scientific and technical concepts into engaging, distinctive, and audience-appropriate messaging while ensuring consistency, scientific integrity, and alignment across both internal and external communications.
• Manage external communication initiatives, including media relations, partnerships, conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and industry visibility activities to maximize brand awareness, thought leadership opportunities, and lead generation results.
• Leverage analytics, reporting tools, and AI-powered marketing technologies to improve campaign targeting, personalization, workflow efficiency, content generation, performance tracking, and overall return on investment.
• Shape marketing priorities, campaign investments, vendor relationships, and strategic initiatives while contributing to the organization’s long-term growth, market positioning, and business performance.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
• 8–12+ years of progressively responsible marketing leadership experience in Life Sciences, biotech, pharma, healthcare, or similar industries.
• Proven track record in leading brand strategy, digital marketing, demand generation, and communications initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and execution abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in storytelling, branding, and content development.
• Demonstrated success in digital marketing and social media strategy.
• Proficiency in AI-enabled marketing tools and emerging marketing technologies.
• Experience in Life Sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical communications sectors.
• Experience supporting global marketing initiatives and cross-regional teams.
