This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Develop and maintain product catalogs, datasheets, technical specifications, operation manuals, presentations, and various marketing materials.
• Create compelling product content, including highlights, application use cases, website copy, and customer success stories.
• Organize and manage product images, technical diagrams, videos, and other marketing assets effectively.
• Coordinate with factories and internal teams to ensure that product information is accurate, consistent, and up to date.
• Support digital marketing efforts, including EDM campaigns, LinkedIn, and other online promotional activities.
• Maintain and update website content to ensure that product information is current and well-organized.
• Assist with basic SEO and SEM initiatives to enhance online visibility.
• Develop content for social media, product announcements, and video scripts to boost brand awareness.
• Keep customer information updated within the ERP and marketing databases.
• Manage and maintain product details in the ERP system.
• Provide overseas sales teams with timely product information, marketing materials, technical documentation, and product images.
• Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, and product display activities.
• Monitor industry trends, customer applications, and market developments.
• Conduct market research to support expansion into overseas markets.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Factory teams to ensure consistent product messaging and branding.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in product marketing, B2B marketing, technical marketing, or a relevant area.
• Proven experience in creating product marketing materials, catalogs, presentations, and digital content.
• Familiarity with website content management, social media marketing, and basic SEO is advantageous.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote work setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments and regions.
• Primarily a Work From Home (WFH) arrangement.
