This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the company.

• Establish brand positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.

• Create scalable demand generation initiatives that foster revenue growth.

• Align marketing activities with the company's objectives and long-term business goals.

• Take ownership of marketing pipeline generation and performance metrics.

• Formulate strategies for outbound marketing, content, paid media, partnerships, and events.

• Design scalable lead generation systems that consistently yield qualified opportunities.

• Track marketing performance and optimize initiatives based on quantifiable business outcomes.

• Define the company's voice and its market positioning.

• Supervise the production of high-quality content, case studies, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership assets.

• Ensure uniform messaging across all customer interaction points.

• Develop and implement AI-powered workflows to enhance marketing efficiency and scalability.

• Manage and refine the marketing technology stack, including CRM and automation tools.

• Create reporting systems and dashboards to monitor KPIs and marketing performance.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing marketing team.

• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales teams, and strategic partners.

• Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources based on business impact and ROI.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including roles in leadership.

• Demonstrated success in creating B2B demand generation programs that resulted in measurable pipeline and revenue.

• Experience in leading marketing strategies within SaaS, technology, digital marketing, or agency settings.

• Strong knowledge of AI-driven marketing workflows and automation processes.

• Proven experience in managing marketing budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and revenue-oriented initiatives.

• Advanced proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to make data-informed decisions.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

• Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling skills.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
