This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ You will manage a portfolio of 4β6 lifestyle accounts, focusing on high-AOV or high SKU count consumer products.
β’ Act as the main strategic partner for your clients on a daily basis, controlling the narrative around performance, pinpointing growth opportunities, and ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with business goals.
β’ Serve as the daily strategic lead for Lifestyle clients, ensuring that marketing strategies encompass full-funnel performance across extended purchase cycles and thoughtful buying behavior.
β’ Assist clients in navigating awareness, consideration, and conversion strategies, helping them to comprehend performance beyond last-click attribution.
β’ Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain execution timelines, while partnering with the Account Director to enhance quarterly strategy and long-term growth plans.
β’ 4β7 years of experience in lifestyle, high-AOV, or considered-purchase marketing, with a background in managing client relationships on a daily basis.
β’ Possesses a comprehensive understanding of full-funnel strategy: how awareness, consideration, and conversion channels interact and where measurement gaps often arise.
β’ Comfortable discussing the limitations of multi-touch attribution β understands what last-touch misses and can articulate it clearly.
β’ Familiar with upper-funnel channels (content, SEO, YouTube, programmatic) on a practical level.
β’ Has experience with brands where creative quality and storytelling serve as competitive advantages.
β’ Has successfully managed clients through extended measurement cycles without diminishing their confidence.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of conveying a complex, multi-channel performance narrative in an understandable way to a non-technical client.
