📋 Description

• Take charge of the Demand Funnel: Develop and manage the paid engine for Native's account-based influence campaign targeting senior CPG leaders across over 15 markets. Oversee LinkedIn ad spending, create target audiences, and measure engagement by account, category, market, and content theme — evaluating influence at every stage of the pipeline rather than just focusing on initial formfills.

• Manage the Supply Funnel: Oversee Meta and related ad spending to attract Contributors in Latin America and Africa, optimizing the cost per fully activated Contributor — defined as ten approved data collection actions — as the primary metric. Create a data-driven profile of the ideal Contributor and generate lookalike audiences from the highest-performing cohorts.

• Develop the Analytics Stack: Build the attribution, cohort analysis, experimentation, and reporting infrastructure for both funnels using AI tools and direct data work as the standard, rather than relying on purchased SaaS. The stack must ensure that both funnels are clear, auditable, and manageable.

• Implement a Structured Experimentation Cadence: Conduct a continuous A/B testing program across creative, audiences, and placements on both sides of the marketplace, translating the outcomes into detailed creative briefs for Native's creative team. Every dollar spent is treated as an experiment with a hypothesis, measurement, and informed decision-making.

• Serve Two Commercial Objectives with One System: Provide demand-side results to the revenue organization and supply-side results to the operations organization while reporting to the VP of Marketing. Ensure both groups are equipped with insights regarding their funnel, and prioritize tasks based on evidence.


⛳️ Requirements

• Dual-Funnel Expertise: Proven experience in managing both enterprise demand generation — LinkedIn-driven ABM targeting senior buyers with account-level engagement metrics beyond top-of-funnel formfills — and consumer-scale app acquisition — Meta spending, lookalike modeling, and customer acquisition cost optimization focused on downstream activation metrics rather than mere installs.

• Strong Analytical Skills: Essential to develop cohort analyses, attribution logic, conversion models, and statistically sound experiments directly. SQL fluency and hands-on capabilities are expected, rather than relying on data scientists who are occupied with other projects.

• Proficiency with AI Tools: Proven ability to utilize AI tools (such as Claude and similar) to construct measurement, automation, and analysis capabilities that would typically necessitate purchased SaaS. The technology stack for this role will be built internally rather than acquired, and this individual will be responsible for its development.

• Emerging Market Knowledge: Experience in user or supply acquisition in Latin America, Africa, or similar markets, with insight into channel mix, creative localization, and conversion behaviors in these regions.

• Independent Operator Skillset: This role is intentionally designed for solo operation. Must take full ownership of strategy, execution, instrumentation, and reporting without a team — while exercising Director-level judgment and communicating effectively with the CRO, VP of Operations, and VP of Marketing.
