This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the campaign strategy from start to finish by setting clear objectives, identifying target audiences, managing budgets, and establishing metrics for success.
• Create and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns utilizing digital tactics, SEM/SEO, demand generation, and account-based marketing (ABM).
• Develop strategic audience segmentation and targeting methodologies for provider audiences.
• Generate innovative concepts and campaigns tailored for the healthcare marketing sector.
• Explore new channels and formats to engage audiences that are typically underserved by conventional B2B approaches.
• Manage the strategy for lead capture, nurturing, and delivery, ensuring a seamless transition to sales-ready leads.
• Report on marketing performance against set metrics to sales teams and executive stakeholders.
• Implement account-based marketing principles to prioritize and customize outreach to high-value provider accounts.
• Create sales enablement plans, messaging frameworks, and product collateral.
• Act as the primary marketing liaison for provider sales and operations leadership, providing updates and training.
• Maintain a consistent presence in sales meetings, kickoffs, and pipeline reviews.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Provider Sales, Provider Operations, Product, and Content & Creative teams.
• Assist with event marketing through pre-event promotions, on-site execution, and post-event lead conversion.
• Support customer communications, retention, and product utilization efforts alongside Customer Success.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.
• Create onboarding, training, thought leadership, and educational content, including opportunities for case studies.
• Manage and mentor a team of three.
• Contribute to annual planning, budgeting, setting KPIs, and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B or healthcare marketing, preferably in a provider-facing or health tech context, with a focus on campaign strategy and budget management.
• Proven experience in people management, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a small team.
• Familiarity with the healthcare provider landscape, practice operations, and how provider organizations assess and purchase services.
• Demonstrated expertise in ABM strategy alongside a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing, SEM/SEO, and demand generation techniques.
• History of developing B2B messaging that resonates with clinical, operational, and executive audiences, resulting in successful pipeline conversion.
• Comfortable and credible when presenting to sales leadership on a regular basis.
• Experience in formulating go-to-market plans for product launches that cater to both prospective and existing customer audiences.
• Understanding of lead capture, nurturing, and delivery processes, with the ability to report performance metrics clearly.
• Proficient with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and 6sense, as well as tracking campaign performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field (preferred qualification).
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, capable of quickly reprioritizing and handling urgent requests.
