This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +2 more states.
• Oversee the development of market requirements for specific products or product lines within the company.
• Lead and synchronize product planning, launches, management, market development, and research.
• Discover new marketing opportunities in collaboration with product managers.
• Propose actions, schedule and plan projects, estimate expenses, and ensure projects reach completion.
• Identify unmet customer needs and new business opportunities.
• Provide vision and direction to transition products from concept to market.
• Facilitate and coordinate marketing initiatives across various geographic regions.
• Organize trade show events and oversee website development.
• Formulate future e-commerce strategies.
• Monitor marketing campaigns, assess outcomes, and suggest future marketing promotions.
• Offer motivational leadership and strategic guidance for the department or business segment.
• Manage performance, nurture talent, promote engagement and inclusion, and communicate operational updates.
• Set performance goals and targets, conduct performance evaluations, and hold one-on-one meetings with staff.
• Cultivate long-term strategic relationships and partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with senior or executive leadership regarding operations and strategic initiatives.
• Influence across various functions and business units to negotiate cooperation on operational matters and divergent goals.
• Direct and manage multiple teams led by managers or supervisors.
• Bachelor's degree, or for degrees obtained outside the U.S., a degree fulfilling 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 7 years in a managerial role, or an advanced degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 7 years of managerial experience.
• Extensive management and leadership knowledge to supervise multiple job areas.
• Mastery-level expertise within a specific technical or professional field.
• Comprehensive understanding of other areas relevant to the job function.
• Proficient in English.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment, unless the position is at the Principal level or higher.
• Capability to direct and lead a department, broad functional area, or geographic region.
• Ability to establish supervisory relationships and develop workforce and staffing plans.
• Authority to approve hiring, firing, promotions, and rewards within the designated area.
