This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee the long-term marketing technology strategy, architecture, and investment roadmap that aligns with enterprise growth objectives.
• Create and manage a scalable global marketing technology ecosystem that includes CRM, marketing automation, customer data, analytics, AI, and integrations.
• Define enterprise standards for data governance, consent management, AI integration, and platform architecture in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and uphold governance frameworks for lead lifecycle management, scoring, routing, attribution, and revenue data accuracy.
• Facilitate the responsible incorporation of AI-driven marketing capabilities and digital experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance platform performance, cost-effectiveness, scalability, and overall business value.
• Guide teams and technology users through enablement, certification, adoption, and governance best practices.
• Ensure that marketing technology investments are secure, compliant, integrated, and aligned with enterprise architecture, commercial objectives, and customer experience goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Over 10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Digital Platforms, Revenue Operations, or similar areas with increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Responsibility for the enterprise marketing technology strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmap formulation.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, customer data technologies, analytics platforms, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience in establishing global governance frameworks for lead management, attribution, consent, compliance, and platform engagement.
• Knowledge of data governance, GDPR and consent frameworks, AI ethics, enterprise architecture, and risk management.
• Experience in managing vendor portfolios, SaaS platforms, contract governance, and technology investment choices.
• Proven success in influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders across marketing, sales, IT, security, legal, data, and compliance sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and nurture high-performing teams and platform users.
• Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, or enterprise sectors is preferred.
• Commitment to responsible AI integration, ethical data practices, and collaboration across the enterprise.
• Must reside in Massachusetts.
