This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement comprehensive regional marketing initiatives that cater to defense, federal civilian, critical infrastructure, and advanced air mobility sectors throughout the Americas.
• Develop and oversee marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing market visibility, generating qualified leads, and facilitating intricate technical sales processes.
• Spearhead the creation of customer-oriented materials, including collateral, presentations, digital campaigns, thought leadership pieces, case studies, event resources, and product messaging.
• Simplify intricate technical ideas into clear and persuasive messaging customized for customers, partners, and industry audiences.
• Collaborate closely with sales, business development, product, and sales enablement teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and pipeline targets.
• Direct the strategy and execution of regional events, encompassing trade shows, conferences, customer demonstrations, and partner interactions.
• Assist in partner and ecosystem marketing strategies alongside channel, technology, and strategic alliance partners.
• Supervise digital marketing initiatives across web, email, outbound campaigns, and related demand generation efforts.
• Manage marketing operations workflows using Salesforce Account Engagement and associated CRM and automation platforms.
• Lead and nurture a small regional marketing team while coordinating with external agencies, contractors, and vendors as necessary.
• Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, and marketing effectiveness to refine programs and allocate resources efficiently.
• Over 10 years of B2B marketing experience in defense technology, aerospace, autonomy, robotics, sensors, mobility technology, or other highly specialized fields.
• More than 5 years of experience leading or mentoring marketing teams in dynamic growth environments.
• Proven track record of supporting complex technical sales cycles and cross-functional go-to-market strategies.
• Experience in designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, event, and partner marketing channels.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting field marketing initiatives and executing large-scale industry events.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce Account Engagement or similar platforms.
• Capacity to function effectively in lean, fast-paced organizations with shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives concurrently.
