Marketing Demand Generation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the demand-generation strategy from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with pipeline and growth objectives.

• Develop and oversee a comprehensive demand-generation engine, monitoring performance and refining strategies based on data insights and results.

• Engage directly with SEO, Google Ads, paid social media, events, and PR & media relations, leading execution in collaboration with dedicated US-based channel teams.

• Create and adapt content including articles, presentations, email sequences, sales materials, and web pages, localizing from English to Portuguese for the Brazilian market.

• Collaborate with the Mexico SaaS Sales team to devise the go-to-market execution plan and establish the demand-generation pipeline.

• Provide competitive intelligence and insights into local buyer behavior and the media landscape to enhance the go-to-market strategy.

• Quickly adjust priorities in response to business changes, taking ownership of outcomes with a proactive, hands-on approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in LATAM, with a solid understanding of local buyer behavior, the media environment, and the competitive landscape.

• Demonstrated experience in full-funnel demand generation; driven by data and results.

• Proficient in SEO, Google Ads, paid social media, events, PR & media relations, and content localization — capable of strategizing and executing effectively across all channels.

• Fluent in English for daily collaboration with teams based in North America.

• Familiarity with Google Ads, Semrush, HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Claude, and design tools like Canva or Photoshop.

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
