Marketing Demand Generation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the demand-generation strategy from start to finish, establishing direction and executing to meet pipeline and growth objectives.

• Develop and oversee the comprehensive demand-generation engine, monitoring performance and making iterative adjustments based on data and outcomes.

• Engage directly in SEO, Google Ads, paid social, events, and PR & media relations, guiding execution alongside dedicated US-based channel partners.

• Create and adapt content such as articles, presentations, email sequences, sales materials, and web pages, translating from English to Portuguese for the Brazilian audience.

• Collaborate with the Brazil SaaS Sales team to formulate the go-to-market execution strategy and establish the demand-generation pipeline.

• Provide competitive intelligence and market insights regarding local buyer behavior and the media landscape to refine the go-to-market strategy.

• Quickly reprioritize as business needs evolve, taking ownership of results with a proactive mindset.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in Brazil, with a deep understanding of local buyer behavior, the media landscape, and the competitive landscape.

• Demonstrated full-funnel demand-generation expertise; driven by data and results.

• Practical experience in SEO, Google Ads, paid social, events, PR & media relations, and content localization — sufficiently skilled in each channel to devise and implement a strategy.

• Proficient in English for effective daily collaboration with teams based in North America.

• Familiarity with Google Ads, Semrush, HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Claude, and Canva or Photoshop.

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
