This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Implement best practices to maintain high standards of data quality, enabling accurate audience segmentation, reporting, and analysis.
• Lead ongoing initiatives to enhance data quality within the database to maximize marketable audiences and optimize database usage.
• Develop, manage, and refine audience and segmentation models for improved targeting of audiences.
• Collect requirements from marketers to create effective audience lists for marketing campaigns.
• Take the lead in proactively establishing and maintaining communication with the marketing team to define audience criteria, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and effective segmentation.
• Foster collaboration with marketers to create and test new audience segments, providing ideas and solutions to enhance database performance and drive engagement.
• Conduct ongoing sessions with the marketing team to enhance understanding and effective utilization of Zoom's marketing database.
• Assume responsibility for ensuring compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal opt-in requirements for both new and existing data in the database.
• Work collaboratively with the Data Operations Team and broader Marketing Ops and cross-functional IT and Data Teams to keep the marketing database in our Data Warehouse platform up-to-date and aligned with organizational needs.
• Assist in processing and managing incoming lead data, ensuring accurate classification of data.
• A Bachelor's degree in a technology or computer science-related field is preferred.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience working with large-scale databases that involve both B2C and B2B data.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing data, tools, and technologies, including CRM systems, CDP/SCV, marketing automation platforms, data warehouses, and dashboard/reporting tools.
• Strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and high proficiency in SQL or equivalent languages.
• Exceptional attention to detail and an analytical mindset, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, with the capability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
