This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the complete marketing data workflow, which includes data ingestion, transformation logic, data cleaning, quality assurance, dashboard creation, analysis, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain a unified source of truth for marketing decisions, linking campaign performance, customer quality, funnel outcomes, and business results.
• Establish and oversee offline conversion uploads to platforms like Google, Meta, and others to enable campaigns to optimize towards confirmed business outcomes.
• Take charge of affiliate measurement, which encompasses postback API configuration, conversion tracking, and comprehensive reporting on leads, applications, approvals, new deals, repayments, and payouts.
• Gather and organize marketing expenses across all channels, providing precise CAC, ROI, and ROMI reporting by campaign, source, partner, keyword, landing page, source ID, and creative.
• Enhance and standardize cross-channel attribution, integrating Singular data with internal dashboards, BI reports, and marketing visualizations.
• Create and manage product and marketing dashboards that track acquisition, funnel performance, user behavior, conversion rates, repayment behavior, campaign quality, and customer value.
• Develop a comprehensive website and product tagging framework, visualize every critical funnel step, and distinctly categorize new and repeat deals across channels, campaigns, affiliates, and traffic sources.
• Assist with landing-page experiments and A/B tests by defining tracking metrics, measuring outcomes, analyzing performance, and advising on improvements, discontinuations, or scaling efforts.
• Support the team in launching and assessing marketing tests across campaigns, creatives, landing pages, sources, keywords, and traffic segments.
• Evaluate customer and traffic quality at the keyword, landing-page, source-ID, creative, campaign, affiliate, and channel levels.
• Conduct cohort and repayment analyses to monitor retention, repeat usage, repayment trends, risk signals, customer value, and long-term quality based on acquisition sources.
• Provide ROI/ROMI and LTV/CAC analyses that aid in budget allocation, channel expansion, and commercial planning.
• Generate dedicated SEO reports that include brand and non-brand traffic breakdowns, along with separate dashboards for satellite websites and projects.
• Fully oversee the Marketing planning workbook: automate repetitive tasks, enhance its structure, and minimize manual effort and human error.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, IT, Affiliate, and Risk teams to ensure data reliability, accessibility, and utility for daily decision-making.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance analytics, product analytics, or a related field.
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large datasets.
• Strong Python skills for tasks involving automation, data cleaning, API integrations, and regular reporting.
• Confident in managing the entire process from raw data to business decision-making: ingestion, transformation, cleanup, validation, dashboarding, analysis, and recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Metabase, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Practical knowledge of marketing and tracking tools including Singular, Google Ads and Google APIs, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, Affise, affiliate platforms, postbacks, and ad-platform conversion tracking.
• Experience in constructing attribution logic, funnel reporting, cohort analysis, and CAC/ROI/ROMI reporting, as well as LTV/CAC analysis.
• Ability to transition from campaign-level reporting to keyword, creative, landing-page, source-ID, affiliate, and channel-level quality analysis.
• Strong business communication skills with the capability to translate complex analyses into clear actions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• FinTech experience is a significant asset, particularly in lending, repayments, repeat customers, or risk-related marketing analyses.
