Marketing & Creative Virtual Assistant

📋 Description

• Develop visually engaging presentation materials using PowerPoint or Canva.

• Design customized client questionnaires, forms, and marketing collateral.

• Edit both long-form and short-form video content for platforms like YouTube and social media.

• Assist in setting up events on Eventbrite and creating promotional materials.

• Provide support for influencer marketing campaigns.

• Create logos, branding assets, and various types of visual content.

• Aid in the development of e-books and digital marketing initiatives.

• Help maintain brand consistency across different platforms.

• Collaborate with clients on creative concepts and materials for future online courses.

• Offer general marketing and creative assistance as the business expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing.

• Proficient in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent software.

• Familiarity with YouTube content editing and formatting standards.

• Strong grasp of branding principles and visual storytelling techniques.

• Experience in creating presentations and digital forms.

• Knowledge of Eventbrite and online event promotion is advantageous.

• Basic understanding of email marketing and influencer marketing strategies.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
