This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, oversee, and implement OpenSesame’s schedule for trade shows and field events.
• Convert integrated campaign strategies into practical event execution plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Operations to align on targeting, messaging, and pipeline objectives.
• Handle booth logistics, negotiate contracts, source venues, schedule staff, coordinate travel, manage shipping, promotional materials, and vendor relationships.
• Create pre-event preparation resources and organize booth and meeting staffing schedules.
• Prepare sales representatives and partner managers to optimize onsite meetings and follow-up activities.
• Oversee event budgets and monitor MQLs, meeting volumes, pipeline contributions, and cost-per-lead metrics.
• Provide reports on event performance relative to budget and targets for managerial assessment.
• Incorporate AI tools into event communications, promotional content, event summaries, and administrative workflows.
• Conduct event operations audits and take responsibility for ongoing event logistics.
• Standardize sales enablement processes for field events and post-event follow-ups.
• Contribute data on event performance, ROI insights, partner participation, event proposals, budget requirements, and partnership opportunities to inform future strategies.
• Develop a scalable event request and evaluation framework for sponsorship opportunities.
• Report to the Manager of Integrated Campaigns and collaborate closely with the Field Marketing Manager.
• Demonstrated experience from your career providing evidence of your capability to perform in this role.
• Proven track record in building systems, fostering alignment, and generating impact at scale.
• Energetic, detail-oriented approach to managing projects.
• Competence in executing trade shows and live events from start to finish.
• Proficiency in managing event logistics, vendors, contracts, venues, staffing, travel, shipping, and promotional materials.
• Ability to oversee event budgets and monitor performance metrics.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and their integration into everyday workflows.
• Willingness and capability to travel as a crucial aspect of this position.
• Approximately 10 event trips annually, typically spanning 3–4 days each.
• Availability to participate in mandatory all-company meetings multiple times a year.
• Capability to undertake required team travel of up to 15 days per year as needed.
