Marketing Consultant IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assume the operational leadership for structuring, tracking, and effectively communicating high-visibility initiatives within the marketing organization.

• Create, refine, and deliver impactful presentation materials tailored for CEO, Executive, and SVP+ audiences.

• Distill complex quantitative data and market context into clear, polished narratives.

• Design, launch, and oversee project management frameworks and tracking systems for critical strategic initiatives.

• Conduct regular operational readouts.

• Organize alignment calls with multiple stakeholders.

• Propel execution momentum and manage smaller sub-initiatives within larger projects.

• Connect deliverables and execution metrics to tangible business outcomes.

• Advocate for and uphold essential information security practices.

• Identify, assess, and report on security risks.

• Review data storage, processing, and transmission for compliance with privacy and protection standards.

• Incorporate data protection throughout the entire information lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in executive presentation and deck design.

• More than 5 years of experience in building, customizing, and scaling corporate project management workflows and systems.

• At least 4 years of experience in data fluency and narrative translation.

• Demonstrated ability to create story-driven, high-impact slide decks for C-suite and SVP-level audiences.

• Skill in translating complex business updates into clear visuals without overwhelming the audience.

• Strong business acumen coupled with quantitative analytical capabilities.

• Ability to convert raw operational metrics into strategic business outcomes.

• Comfortable managing administrative coordination and smaller strategic sub-initiatives independently.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field is required.

• Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet is necessary.

• Desired knowledge of Base, Retention, CRM marketing, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

• Project management certifications like PMP, CAPM, CSM, or Agile Product Owner are preferred but not required.
