This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute Ensemble’s social strategy by delivering high-quality content across key channels, primarily focusing on LinkedIn.
• Manage the daily planning and publishing of social content, including the upkeep of the editorial calendar while ensuring a balanced mix of news, announcements, thought leadership, and campaign material.
• Foster engagement and audience growth through consistent, engaging content that embodies Ensemble’s voice, credibility, and perspective in the healthcare and revenue cycle sectors.
• Generate innovative ideas beyond mere execution, utilizing data, audience insights, and current trends, while remaining adaptable and responsive.
• Write, edit, and enhance social copy with a keen sense of tone and clarity, and swiftly create assets (such as simple graphics and templates) using tools like Canva.
• Collaborate with internal leaders and client representatives to enhance the visibility of executives and subject matter experts on LinkedIn, as well as optimize content cadence and amplification strategies.
• Aid in community engagement by monitoring comments, engaging in real-time on important posts, and escalating issues as necessary.
• Utilize social monitoring and publishing tools to track conversations, identify opportunities, and facilitate timely engagement and responses.
• Measure performance across social media and content marketing through established KPIs, providing clear insights into what drives awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• 5 - 7 years of pertinent experience in marketing communications, content marketing, or social media.
• Outstanding writing and editing capabilities, with a focus on news, timely narratives, and compelling viewpoints.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement content strategies, including those for executives and subject matter experts across owned and earned channels.
• In-depth understanding of LinkedIn and social media best practices and platform regulations, with a strong ability to leverage analytics for informed decision-making.
• Experience with social media management, monitoring, or content platforms (such as Sprout Social or similar) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Background in a multifaceted, cross-functional environment.
• Must possess a curious mindset and a willingness to embrace innovation, including the use of AI to explore improved processes and reduce friction to enhance patient and client experiences.
