📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, production, and editorial processes for newsletters and nurture sequences targeting core Suite audiences, ensuring efficient workflows through well-defined processes and the use of AI tools on a daily basis.

• Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for significant initiatives and product launches, working collaboratively across departments to create impactful content aimed at awareness, activation, retention, and engaging new sponsors.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to guarantee that messaging across organic social media and earned channels is consistent with lifecycle and brand strategies.

• Transform internal content into thought leadership pieces, case studies, and demand-generation materials for both outbound and owned channels.

• Enhance content performance and prospect nurturing via email and web: test messaging, analyze engagement metrics, and leverage insights to boost open rates, conversions, and strategic impact, collaborating with other marketing team members on flow architecture and analytics.

• Manage sponsor-facing communications in conjunction with member-facing content, adjusting tone and approach as necessary.

• Supervise a group of contractors, freelancers, and internal collaborators to maintain editorial quality and ensure timely delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in collaborating with legal professionals on communications.

• Proven track record of owning and executing a content calendar from start to finish, including planning, stakeholder alignment, and obtaining sign-off.

• Excellent copywriting and editing abilities, maintaining a consistent brand voice that is adaptable for members, sponsors, and prospects.

• Comprehensive understanding of email and lifecycle marketing techniques: audience segmentation, nurture and re-engagement flows, and performance measurement.

• Demonstrated ability to convert business and product strategies into high-performing external content.

• Proficient user of marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot, but familiarity with other major ESP/CRM platforms is also acceptable).

• Fluent in analytics: skilled at interpreting open, click, and conversion data and utilizing insights to refine messaging.

• Regular use of AI content tools, with sound judgment regarding when human review is necessary.

• Experience in managing a combination of contractors/freelancers and internal contributors; people leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.

• Comfortable being the voice for both sponsor- and member-facing communications.
