Marketing Communication – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer subject matter expertise to a cohort of 25–30 undergraduate online students

• Assist students in enhancing their academic writing, research, and time-management abilities

• Facilitate one-on-one and small-group tutoring sessions

• Direct students to pertinent reference materials

• Evaluate assessments and deliver comprehensive feedback

• Oversee discussion forums

• Provide proactive, timely, and personalized assistance for student inquiries and challenges

• Engage promptly with students through email, phone calls, and online sessions

• Develop cohesive communication strategies and manage marketing initiatives across various stakeholder groups

• Aid students in strategizing and executing integrated marketing communication campaigns

• Implement ethical and sustainable marketing practices

• Formulate stakeholder communication strategies within collaborative and professional settings

⛳️ Requirements

• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class honors from a prestigious university in India

• Minimum of 5 years of corporate and/or teaching experience in relevant domains

• Preferred formal teaching experience at a university or college level

• Proficient command of the English language

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Compassionate, ambitious, warm, and outgoing demeanor

• Willingness to collaborate closely with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds

• Access to a functioning laptop

• Reliable high-speed internet connection exceeding 10 MBPS

• Ability to quickly adapt to and utilize technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac

• Availability from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm IST daily throughout the week
