Marketing Coach, VP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivering personalized coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions utilizing the Mento Platform and Tools.

• Engaging in continuous training sessions to enhance coaching skills and abilities.

• Interacting with members via your Mento email or through chat in the Mento App between sessions.

• Being a vital part of the Mento coaching community by sharing coaching tools and insights — contributing to the improvement of our coaching practices and supporting our mission of empowering individuals to thrive in careers they love.

• Demonstrating kindness, respect, and empathy as a representative of the Mento community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A director, vice president, or senior demand generation/growth marketing leader with over 20 years of experience managing marketing teams and coaching individuals (coaching certification is advantageous but not mandatory).

• An individual who seeks to transform their people leadership skills into impactful coaching abilities.

• Driven by a passion for helping others progress in their careers to create fulfilling professional and personal lives.

• A self-aware person with high emotional intelligence who values creating a safe environment for others to be vulnerable.

• Eager to develop your coaching skills, maintaining a growth mindset regardless of your coaching experience.

• Comfortable navigating a dynamic startup environment.

• Available to commit a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for the upcoming 24+ months.

• In addition to a fixed hourly rate, we provide select bonuses that encourage engagement with our membership and community growth on our platform.

• You must be able to allocate at least three to five hours per week to Mento, irrespective of other commitments and potential changes.

• You are expected to work with Mento for a minimum of 24 months to foster meaningful relationships with our members.
