Marketing Coach – Community

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement social media content strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Craft engaging copy, visuals, and video content that embodies Mondosol's voice and mission.

• Foster engagement within our community of learners and educators by responding to comments, hosting events, and initiating conversations.

• Plan and oversee online events, webinars, and live sessions using Google Meet.

• Discover growth opportunities by analyzing community feedback, trends, and data.

• Assist in onboarding new teachers and learners into the Mondosol ecosystem.

• Work alongside language teachers to collaboratively create content that highlights their expertise.

• Monitor community metrics and campaign performance, providing actionable insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community development.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Innovative mindset with the capability to produce or direct captivating content.

• Self-motivated: comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.

• Reliable internet connection, along with a computer equipped with a webcam and microphone for Google Meet.

• Experience in building online communities from the ground up (Nice to Have).

• Background in education, e-learning, or language acquisition (Nice to Have).

• Proficiency in graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe) (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or paid social advertising (Nice to Have).

• Multilingual skills (Italian, French, Norwegian, or other languages are a plus) (Nice to Have).
