This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement targeted customer marketing initiatives that enhance awareness and generate demand for the integrated platform, focusing on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

• Partner with sales and product marketing teams to develop campaigns that highlight additional products and features.

• Assist with account-based strategies aimed at broadening engagement with strategic clients.

• Create segmented customer communication strategies, including email campaigns and targeted lifecycle programs designed to foster customer growth.

• Aid in the planning and execution of customer-centric events, encompassing ideation, logistics, promotions, and content management. Events may involve customer dinners, cocktail receptions, virtual summits, webinars, and executive meetings at conferences.

• Participate in trade shows periodically where TeamDynamix has a significant customer presence.

• Facilitate opportunities for customers to network and exchange best practices.

• Collaborate with product marketing to enhance a customer advocacy program, including managing the acquisition of reviews and testimonials from sources like Gartner Peer Insights, Info-Tech Software Reviews, and G2.

• Serve as the point of contact for securing customer speakers for events and webinars.

• Identify and support opportunities for customer gifting, swag, or recognition initiatives that can strengthen relationships and enhance advocacy.

• Recognize and cultivate champions within the customer base.

• Monitor engagement and performance metrics across customer programs.

• Report on crucial metrics, including influence on expansion pipeline and revenue, growth in advocacy, and campaign effectiveness.

• Utilize insights to continuously refine customer marketing strategies.

• A versatile marketer capable of supporting cross-functional initiatives, including events, webinars, social media, email marketing, and direct mail, to assist the broader marketing team in executing successful campaigns.

• Experience in supporting channel partners and partner campaigns is advantageous.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environment.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting a high-growth organization through customer marketing, event marketing, or demand generation.

• Experience in managing virtual events, webinars, or user conferences (such as ZoomWebinar, Webex Events, etc.).

• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (including Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across functions and confidently engage in discussions.

• Strong project management and campaign execution abilities.

• AI-savvy early adopter with a robust skill set and demonstrated examples of AI application.

• Proficient copywriting skills, with the capacity to quality assure your own work.

• Data-driven approach with experience in evaluating marketing impact.

• Extensive understanding of the customer journey, capable of translating customer needs, challenges, and objectives into impactful marketing programs.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% for conferences, trade shows, and company events.

• Adaptable in supporting various marketing campaigns as needed, fostering a “one team” mentality.
