• Create campaign strategies and roadmaps that align with revenue and pipeline objectives.
• Identify target audiences, buyer personas, and segmentation strategies.
• Develop messaging frameworks and value propositions tailored to specific industries and buyer personas.
• Set up campaign roadmaps that include channels, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Initiate multi-touch campaigns encompassing email nurture sequences, campaign-related materials, and landing pages with defined conversion paths, among others.
• Formulate and implement retargeting strategies while providing insights on campaign optimization across paid media channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to aid in the creation and execution of campaigns.
• Propel the creation of campaign-specific content that corresponds with the stages of the buyer journey to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Offer transparency regarding campaign activities, themes, and targeted accounts.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven, successful experience in marketing, campaign management, or demand generation, particularly in a B2B context, including experience in building and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional writing and messaging skills suitable for various audiences and platforms.
• Ability to alter and adapt the style, tone, and vernacular of content to fit targeted social media channels, with an aptitude for connecting with customers.
• Preferred experience in enterprise SaaS marketing; familiarity with ERP and CRM software marketing is an advantage.
• Experience working directly with enterprise or midmarket sales teams.
• A demonstrated analytical mindset with the capability to convert campaign performance data into actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail and a high level of business acumen.
• High proficiency in MS Office; experience with HubSpot, Acumatica, and ZoomInfo is highly desired.
