This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop campaign strategies and roadmaps that align with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Identify target audience, buyer personas, and segmentation strategies.
• Create targeted messaging frameworks and value propositions tailored to specific industries and buyer personas.
• Establish campaign roadmaps that include channels, timelines, and KPIs.
• Initiate multi-touch campaigns such as email nurture sequences, campaign-related resources, and landing pages with defined conversion paths.
• Formulate and implement retargeting strategies while providing guidance on campaign optimization across paid media channels.
• Collaborate with internal resources to facilitate campaign creation and execution.
• Propel the development of campaign-specific content that aligns with buyer journey stages to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Offer insights into campaign activities, themes, and target accounts.
• 5+ years of demonstrated success in marketing, campaign management, or demand generation roles within B2B marketing, including experience in building and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional writing and messaging abilities across diverse audiences and platforms.
• Ability to adjust the style, tone, and vernacular of content to suit targeted social media channels while effectively connecting with customers.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS marketing preferred; familiarity with ERP and CRM software marketing is a plus.
• Previous experience working directly with enterprise or mid-market sales teams.
• Proven analytical mindset with the capability to convert campaign performance data into actionable insights.
• Strong project management experience with meticulous attention to detail and a high level of business acumen.
• High proficiency in MS Office; experience with HubSpot, Acumatica, and ZoomInfo is highly desired.
