Marketing Automation UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop engaging, high-converting designs for automated emails, SMS messages, and dynamic landing pages.

• Set design standards, define requirements, and create component libraries.

• Collaborate with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure compatibility of design assets.

• Implement experiments to evaluate variables such as timing, calls-to-action, and layout.

• Create workflows for automated campaigns, ensuring clarity and ease of use.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in marketing automation and personalization development, showcasing proven success.

• Preferred hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for emails; understanding API triggers and logic is essential.

• Capability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and behavioral psychology.
