This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive review, construction, and deployment of global emails ensuring precision.
• Develop and oversee customer journeys and automated lifecycle campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC).
• Administer the global email calendar while adhering to best practices.
• Conduct QA and thorough end-to-end testing for all campaigns, ensuring that communications are vetted, approved, and tested.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance campaign performance through testing and segmentation strategies.
• Manage lists from various databases for email and automation campaigns (utilizing Data extensions).
• Assist in the creation and editing of cloud pages that include forms.
• Maintain current processes for email best practices and adapt to new marketing automation tools as they are introduced.
• Share insights and suggestions with the team to foster process and performance enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to email automation and/or build errors.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with SFMC.
• Solid understanding of online/email marketing execution with a focus on established processes and procedures.
• Familiarity with CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office/O365, particularly Excel.
• Experience with HTML/CSS.
• SQL knowledge or exposure is desirable.
• Experience with Monday.com (Project management software) is a plus.
• Background in working with AI tools or a demonstrated eagerness to learn is preferred.
