Marketing Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Enhance current marketing automation initiatives.

• Launch new international marketing automation programs and campaigns.

• Introduce additional channels and touchpoints for customer communication.

• Oversee projects that span multiple teams and offices.

• Create and manage our newsletters.

• Analyze campaign performance and propose enhancements.

• Actively compare our efforts with competitors and leading SaaS email campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English and Polish, with a minimum B2 level.

• At least 1.5 years of professional experience in email marketing and marketing automation.

• Knowledge of email marketing and best practices.

• Proven experience with projects utilizing marketing automation and email marketing.

• Self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy in completing tasks and a focus on achieving goals.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• A keen instinct for customer needs.

• Attention to detail and precision.

• Strong research capabilities.

• Basic understanding of email technical challenges.

• Ability to prioritize, plan tasks, manage time effectively, and monitor work quality.

• Capable of managing competing demands and adapting to changes in the work environment.
