Marketing Automation, Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Manage and enhance the company’s marketing operations across various channels.

• Supervise social media content, copywriting, newsletters, email sequences, and podcast management.

• Develop, refine, and oversee marketing funnels and customer journeys.

• Implement and evaluate paid media campaigns on platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.

• Automate marketing processes including content distribution, email sequencing, social media posting, reporting, and campaign oversight.

• Work collaboratively with leadership and operations to enhance scalability and performance.

• Foster audience growth, engagement, and conversion for the company’s education and advisory products.

• Track KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI metrics to enhance overall marketing efficiency.

• Assist in growth initiatives for live events, advisory memberships, and potential platform expansion opportunities.

• Play a role in establishing scalable systems that minimize manual operational tasks through AI and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience managing direct response marketing campaigns aimed at individual buyers.

• Proven track record in marketing digital products, coaching programs, memberships, live events, or advisory services.

• Fluent in English at a native level.

• Strong practical experience with AI tools such as Claude or similar platforms, including active experimentation and workflow automation.

• Background in marketing automation, email marketing, funnel management, and campaign optimization.

• Familiarity with platforms like GoHighLevel, CRM systems, social media tools, and paid advertising platforms.

• Ability to maintain at least a four-hour overlap with U.S. Central Time.

• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Results-driven mindset emphasizing revenue growth, conversions, and operational efficiency.
