Marketing Associate – Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Conduct extensive outbound outreach through email and social media (mainly Meta DMs) to establish partnerships.

• Identify and create targeted lists of potential partners that align with the company’s ideal customer profile and audience.

• Facilitate discussions aimed at scheduling webinars and collaborative initiatives.

• Oversee follow-up communications and sustain a regular outreach rhythm to enhance conversion rates.

• Develop and implement email campaigns using platforms like ActiveCampaign to bolster partnership outreach.

• Craft and enhance email content with a focus on engagement and conversion rates.

• Perform A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, and formats to optimize performance.

• Monitor outreach activities, responses, and conversions to ensure a well-structured and healthy pipeline.

• Assess performance metrics across outreach and email initiatives.

• Recognize improvement opportunities and consistently refine workflows and messaging.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance outreach communication, email campaigns, and overall workflow efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in partnership outreach, marketing, or lead generation roles.

• Demonstrated experience in executing outbound outreach (via email and/or social media) and securing partnerships.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign or comparable tools.

• Proficient copywriting abilities for outreach and email campaigns with an emphasis on conversion.

• Capability to independently build and manage outbound workflows and pipelines.

• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to boost productivity and results.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• High ownership level, self-sufficiency, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
