This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Create quarterly and annual demand generation strategies that align with business and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with RevOps to design and implement a global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, leading integrated campaigns.
• Develop repeatable campaign processes and best practices to enhance speed, consistency, and performance.
• Oversee campaign calendars, priorities, and resource allocation across marketing departments.
• Establish clear reporting mechanisms and processes to create global standards for Prosci.
• Work closely with Sales and RevOps to align with enterprise growth priorities.
• Design and implement account-based and account-engagement programs for targeted organizations.
• Enhance engagement with buying groups and facilitate opportunity progression through coordinated marketing activities.
• Support pipeline acceleration efforts throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to uncover opportunities for deeper account penetration and expansion.
• Propel demand generation initiatives that support Prosci’s public programs, memberships, and digital offerings.
• Boost lead-to-registration and lead-to-customer conversion rates through testing, optimization, and audience targeting.
• Create nurture programs that enhance engagement, retention, and expansion.
• Partner with Digital Experience teams to refine conversion paths and customer journeys.
• Utilize individual learner and member engagement data to identify and support future enterprise opportunities.
• Act as the central coordinator for integrated conversion marketing campaigns across Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Digital Experience, Regional Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.
• Lead campaign planning processes that synchronize messaging, content, channels, timelines, and performance measurement across functions.
• Convert business priorities into coordinated marketing programs designed to drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, registrations, and revenue.
• Cultivate strong working relationships across teams to enhance execution quality and organizational alignment.
• Ensure campaign objectives, ownership, and success metrics are clearly defined and understood.
• Lead, mentor, and develop demand generation resources (team of 2-4).
• Set clear goals, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the advancement of Prosci’s marketing operating model and growth strategy.
• This position requires travel 4-5 times per year for team meetings, company events, etc.
• Over 10 years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
• More than 5 years of leadership in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue-focused marketing teams.
• Experience in supporting both digital/self-service and enterprise sales motions.
• Proven success in driving qualified pipeline growth within a B2B context.
• Experience in leading integrated campaigns across various channels.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, and contemporary demand generation practices.
• Experience working closely with Sales and RevOps teams.
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and business acumen.
• Familiarity with HubSpot.
• Proficient in Salesforce.
