Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee and sustain HubSpot operations, which includes organizing the CRM, segmenting contacts, managing workflows, executing campaigns, and generating reports.

• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns along with lead nurturing strategies.

• Assist in demand generation activities spanning webinars, events, partnerships, content marketing, and various digital channels.

• Aid in product marketing efforts, encompassing product launches, customer communications, sales enablement materials, and messaging frameworks.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and events teams to roll out integrated marketing campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and deliver insights and suggestions for enhancing outcomes.

• Support marketing initiatives for conferences, webinars, and events throughout the year.

• Help manage marketing materials, landing pages, campaign assets, and lead generation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous marketing experience in the fields of crypto, blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 (mandatory).

• Native English proficiency.

• Residing in the United States, preferably on the East Coast.

• Strong practical experience with HubSpot.

• Proven track record in executing email marketing and lead generation campaigns.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly organized and detail-focused, with the capability to handle multiple priorities at once.

• Proactive self-starter with a robust sense of ownership and accountability.
