This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Oversee the scheduling of executives' calendars, arrange meetings, and manage appointments with efficiency.
• Assist in the creation of presentations, reports, and marketing collateral.
• Execute and coordinate marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform market research and gather data to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Maintain and refresh customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Plan and organize events, conferences, and client meetings as necessary.
• Manage correspondence, communications, and follow-up with clients and partners.
• Provide support to the sales team in lead generation and tracking efforts.
• Handle administrative responsibilities to enhance team productivity.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years in an administrative support position within marketing or sales.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is advantageous.
• A positive attitude accompanied by a proactive approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
