This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine, +4 more states.
• Oversee social media channels to engage audiences and cultivate a robust online presence.
• Support the creation and maintenance of content for social media and company websites.
• Develop and manage marketing materials, such as company brochures, presentation decks, and promotional emails.
• Organize events and activities to enhance industry engagement.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align marketing objectives with company initiatives.
• Assist in the onboarding of brand partner sales and marketing resources.
• Help devise and implement marketing strategies throughout the organization.
• Investigate emerging digital marketing tools, social media trends, AI developments, and platforms.
• Attend corporate meetings and trade shows as required.
• Support special projects across various departments.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing or engagement-related roles.
• Proven experience in developing digital marketing strategies, social media campaigns, and content creation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
• Experience in analyzing marketing data and presenting findings to management.
• Capability to organize, manage, and monitor the progress of multiple projects concurrently.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Background in event planning and coordination.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability and quick learning of new processes and tools/applications.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and objectives.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Reside in or within a reasonable commuting distance to the New England or Upstate/Western/Central New York region.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
