This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take responsibility for BenchPrep's LinkedIn presence, which includes crafting content, engaging with the audience, reporting on performance, and fostering audience growth.
β’ Assist in demand generation campaigns through email, social media, webinars, and content to enhance awareness, engagement, and pipeline development.
β’ Aid in the planning and execution of industry events and sponsorships, handling logistics, creating assets, and conducting post-event analysis.
β’ Write blog posts and contribute to content creation initiatives that align with sales and marketing goals, including monitoring and reporting content performance.
β’ Manage and enhance BenchPrep's AI BDR program by tracking outreach performance, analyzing results, and continuously refining messaging, targeting, workflows, and engagement strategies to increase qualified meetings and pipeline growth.
β’ Support both inbound and outbound pipeline generation efforts through AI-driven prospecting, account research, and strategic outreach.
β’ Facilitate the generation of qualified meetings and opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives based on BenchPrep's qualification criteria.
β’ Assist in the RFP process by coordinating, researching, and gathering content as necessary.
β’ 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales development, business development, or a similar field.
β’ Exceptional written communication skills with the capability to create persuasive sales and marketing content.
β’ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
β’ Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
β’ Excellent relationship-building skills.
β’ Analytical mindset with the proficiency to assess campaign and pipeline performance.
β’ Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote setting.
β’ Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a proactive approach.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools is advantageous.
β’ Experience with AI tools and automation platforms is a plus.
