This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Reestablish connections with architects and developers who have been inactive.
• Start new discussions with pertinent firms.
• Maintain a consistent outreach schedule.
• Gather genuine market feedback.
• Alleviate the President of all administrative and coordination responsibilities.
• Review past interactions, extract relevant context, and begin outreach with tailored messaging.
• Make calls via RingCentral and follow up through email as necessary.
• Adapt conversations dynamically—no fixed scripts.
• Promptly secure meetings, calls, or in-person lunches for the President.
• Record outcomes, next steps, and key relationship insights in the tracker.
• Directly inquire about reasons for lost or stalled deals and document factors such as pricing, timing, or relationship aspects.
• Develop and maintain an organized outreach tracker.
• Conduct follow-ups proactively without needing reminders.
• Modify outreach targets and schedules when priorities change.
• Review firms' websites, leadership, and recent projects to inform outreach efforts.
• Choose targets for high-end positioning rather than focusing on volume outreach.
• Manage calendars and secure schedules without unnecessary delays.
• Compose clear, concise, and professional emails reflecting the client's voice.
• Organize and ensure that no inbound communications are overlooked.
• Monitor deadlines, missing items, and follow-ups for ongoing proposals or projects.
• Prepare and organize information for QuickBooks coordination.
• Review messages, connection requests, and highlight relevant LinkedIn opportunities.
• Coordinate updates to outdated materials.
• Identify firms, partnerships, or opportunities worth exploring.
• Demonstrated experience in outbound business development (calls + email) with professional clients in AEC, engineering, construction, or similar fields.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with senior professionals without relying on scripts.
• Capable of managing your own tracking system and follow-up schedule independently.
• Highly organized, ensuring consistent documentation of conversations, insights, and next steps.
• Ability to craft clear, professional emails that reflect an executive tone rather than a virtual assistant's.
• Comfortable asking direct questions, including the reasons for lost proposals.
• Able to navigate ambiguity and create structure where it is lacking.
