This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Consolidate and evaluate performance data from various sources including paid media, organic social, earned media/PR, AI search/GEO, website analytics, and CRM/funnel data.
• Assess the effectiveness of paid media by examining lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and attribution challenges.
• Identify opportunities for optimizing paid media campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze AI search and GEO visibility, focusing on prompt coverage, citation analysis, and competitive benchmarks.
• Link insights from AI search/GEO to SEO, PR, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Analyze website traffic, engagement metrics, earned-media referral performance, and landing-page interactions.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards along with standardized reporting structures.
• Simplify complex data for marketing teams and executive audiences.
• Keep track of CRM and funnel metrics, such as leads, marketing qualified leads (MQLs), sales qualified leads (SQLs), pipeline status, sales velocity, and conversion rates.
• Connect marketing performance to overall business results.
• Convert cross-channel findings into strategic recommendations at the executive level.
• Present insights and recommendations directly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Clarify what the data indicates and what it does not.
• Act as the strategic analytics lead for a portfolio of B2B marketing campaigns.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing analytics, media analytics, or a similar analytics/consulting position.
• Preferred experience within an agency or multi-client setting.
• Practical experience in analyzing paid media performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Supermetrics or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with AI search/GEO analytics tools such as Peec.ai or similar, including citation analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Proficient in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Experience in creating dashboards and reporting frameworks using Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Understanding of CRM and B2B funnel data, including platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, covering lead scoring, MQLs/SQLs, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to clients or executive stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
