Marketing Analytics Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain the standard for data-driven decision-making, ensuring our marketing strategies and decisions are supported by data.

• Oversee the implementation of marketing analytics projects, converting raw data into opportunities for growth.

• Assemble a team that surpasses your capabilities - recruit, onboard, mentor, and motivate a group of high-achieving analysts, cultivating a culture where technical expertise meets curiosity and ambition.

• Work closely with marketing leaders (Affiliates, Influencers, PPC, SEO, Product Marketing Managers, and others) to synchronize analytical roadmaps with our objectives.

• Assume complete responsibility for the delivery lifecycle - from refining intricate requirements to prioritizing the backlog, consistently ensuring we are focused on the most impactful initiatives.

• Continuously evolve team structures and workflows - incorporate AI or other emerging technologies, explore decentralized leadership concepts, or adopt an agile approach - with the freedom to redefine the playbook.

• Demonstrated hiring, onboarding, and leadership capabilities with a proven history of creating environments where individuals excel.

• Strong comprehension of marketing principles, data signatures across various channels, and marketing attribution concepts (or a keen willingness to learn).

• Extensive hands-on experience in data analytics, with expertise in SQL and data visualization tools (we utilize Tableau).

• Robust business acumen with a successful record of translating complex data into significant business decisions.

• Experience in stakeholder management - capable of collaborating effectively across various seniority levels and bridging the gap between technical and non-technical team members.
