• Lead PLG Analytics: Take ownership of PLG analytics for Twilio's self-service sector, focusing on free-to-paid transitions, usage-based cohort analysis, signal-driven audience development, and growth experimentation throughout the self-serve funnel. Create connections between Self Service and GTM strategies to facilitate quicker conversions.
• Bridge the Technical Gap: Convert business requirements into technical solutions using Python and SQL. Work alongside Marketing Data Engineering to elevate tests from pilot stages to full production. Guarantee that every technical pilot or production development has a measurable marketing impact and is scalable.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish connections with sales and marketing leaders to translate hypotheses into practical experiments and pinpoint high-leverage use cases.
• Drive Iteration: Develop robust feedback loops with sales teams to validate the effectiveness of plays and enhance dashboards, cohort models, and experimentation frameworks.
• Synthesize Data: Transform complex insights into clear and concise communications for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, concentrating on 1-2 succinct takeaways for executives.
• Develop Toolkits: Create and maintain analytical toolkits—such as scoring models, segmentation frameworks, and dashboards—that empower Sales and Marketing teams to act on insights at scale.
• Proven Technical Ability: Proficiency in SQL and Python is a must.
• PLG/Self-Serve Experience: Previous experience with product-led growth metrics (activation rates, free-to-paid conversion, usage-based expansion) or in a usage-based SaaS environment.
• AI/LLM Fluency: Capability to work with various Large Language Models (LLMs) to innovate business solutions.
• Analytical Mindset: Experience in utilizing data to uncover insights and shape business strategy.
• Strategic Thinker: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges rather than waiting for directives.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
