This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Utilize social listening platforms like Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Talkwalker, or Sprinklr to track online discussions and audience trends within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Evaluate sentiment, audience engagement, content efficacy, and emerging trends to derive insights that are actionable rather than merely observational.
• Create and sustain visually appealing, clear dashboards for both internal teams and client-facing stakeholders.
• Convert data into strategic insights that enhance targeting, messaging, channel effectiveness, and campaign outcomes.
• Collaborate with account managers, content creators, and strategy teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making during campaign planning and execution.
• Investigate emerging trends in social media, digital marketing, and audience behavior relevant to healthcare and pharmaceuticals to guide client strategy.
• Assist with reporting deliverables across various channels, comprehending data structure, tagging, measurement strategies, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and clarity of all analytics deliverables.
• Collect, process, and analyze data from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and other pertinent channels.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports assessing campaign performance against KPIs.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics within the pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising industry, with agency-side pharma experience highly preferred.
• Familiarity with the regulated landscape of pharmaceutical marketing, including knowledge of how MLR and compliance considerations influence content and messaging.
• Proven experience in analyzing performance across social media platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and Instagram.
• Proficient in social media analytics tools, including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, X/Twitter Analytics, or equivalent.
• Experience with social listening tools like Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, or Sprout Social.
• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or other web analytics tools is an advantage.
• Strong ability to interpret data and convey findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to present insights in a compelling and accessible manner to non-analytical stakeholders.
