This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead the analysis of extensive datasets derived from digital platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools to identify actionable trends and opportunities.
• Develop measurement frameworks and learning agendas that are aligned with business strategies and marketing objectives.
• Execute attribution modeling and customer journey analysis to evaluate the impact of marketing touchpoints across various channels.
• Conduct ad-hoc strategic analyses to assist in executive decision-making and address critical business inquiries.
• Analyze website and digital performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion funnels, and session quality to pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Track key performance indicators including Cost Per Account, Lifetime Value, ROAS, and conversion rates across marketing channels.
• Implement A/B testing strategies and multivariate experiments to enhance campaigns and user experiences.
• Utilize tag management systems to guarantee accurate data capture and tracking implementation.
• Create and maintain advanced dashboards and interactive visualizations utilizing tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Convert complex analytical insights into clear narratives for C-suite executives, marketing leaders, and technical teams.
• Present strategic recommendations that drive action and sway stakeholder decisions.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to provide real-time visibility into marketing performance and KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Strategy, to deliver integrated insights.
• Manage multiple concurrent analytical projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Work alongside teams to enhance digital customer journeys and improve campaign effectiveness based on data insights.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the sharing of team knowledge.
• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or advanced analytics roles.
• Strong preference for proven experience in the financial services industry or working with financial institutions.
• Demonstrated history of delivering impactful insights that have influenced strategic business decisions.
• Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, or similar digital analytics platforms.
• Advanced SQL skills are required.
• Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
• Extensive experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for creating executive-level dashboards.
• Preferred experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and big data tools (Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and tag management implementation.
