Marketing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Analyzing the effectiveness of various marketing channels — insights, analysis, and hypothesis testing.

• Building BI reporting and self-service analytics for the marketing team.

• Data modeling, automation, and alerting.

• Direct interaction with various marketing specialists — translating their requests into analytical solutions.

• Ensuring data quality within the marketing domain.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in analytics (Marketing / Product / Data) within B2C products.

• A keen interest in the marketing domain and a desire to deepen expertise.

• Proficient in SQL and understanding of data modeling principles.

• Experience with BI tools.

• Knowledge of mathematics and statistics.

• Strong analytical skills, critical and structured thinking, and attention to detail.

• Proactive, initiative-driven, and excellent communication skills.

• Experience in marketing analytics (attribution, unit economics, performance channels).

• Proficient in Python for data processing and automation.

• Experience with Tableau.

• Familiarity with dbt and Databricks.
