Marketing Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Strategize, implement, manage, and enhance paid media initiatives, ensuring optimal budget utilization.

• Oversee campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and various digital channels.

• Conduct daily performance monitoring, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggesting improvement measures.

• Analyze performance indicators such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and other media KPIs.

• Create performance analytics reports and presentations.

• Assist in defining and executing strategies for the conversion funnel.

• Conduct audience segmentation, implement A/B testing, and identify opportunities to enhance and scale campaigns.

• Collaborate with Creative, Data, CRM, and Business teams to ensure precise campaign execution.

• Ensure adherence to digital media best practices, along with accurate measurement and results tracking.

• Play a role in achieving business goals through ongoing campaign optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communication, or related disciplines.

• Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns.

• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

• Experience in analyzing performance metrics and KPIs.

• Understanding of sales funnel strategies and conversion rate optimization.

• Expertise in preparing reports and evaluating results.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
